Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery location.
- All delivery charges must be paid in advance, including for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available only for selected locations and PIN codes.
- Delivery charges must be paid in advance to confirm a COD order.
- The remaining order value is payable at the time of delivery.
- COD availability may vary based on location and operational feasibility.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
- Processing timelines may vary during high-demand periods or due to operational factors.
Delivery Timelines
- Hyderabad City Delivery:
Orders are generally delivered within 2 to 4 working days from the date of order confirmation. - Outside Hyderabad (Intercity Delivery):
Orders are usually delivered within 4 to 7 working days, depending on the destination and courier partner operations.
Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical delays. Customers will be notified in case of any significant delay.

- Incorrect or incomplete address or contact details provided by the customer

Customers are requested to ensure that all shipping details, including address, PIN code, and contact information, are accurate at the time of placing the order. We are not liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
