Returns
- Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Size or color preference issues
- Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
- Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- Refund processing may take 7–10 working days after approval.
Cash on Delivery Orders
- For COD orders, delivery charges paid in advance are non-refundable.
- Any approved refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
